He was very responsive in terms of giving me the car I was looking for at a fair price. He also did not rush me and explained every step of the process. I would highly recommend working with him. The finance department was also very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. The service department was a problem for me. I sat for more than an hour while they were supposed to get the car ready for me to take home. They were supposed to fill it up with gas and when I got the car the tank was 3/4 full. Also, they had not bothered to put the license plate on the front of my car. It was sitting on the floor of the passenger side when I got in the car.Mike personally took care of that for me and got the tools and put the plate on himself. He continued to check with the service department to no avail on the status of my car because he knew I had been waiting a long time. More
