The airbags of my 2011 Nissan Versa Sedan had to be replaced, and I also wanted an estimate for repairs to my air conditioner. He was informative and approachable without ever being pushy. By the way, the mechanic finished the repairs two hours early. I like a company that under promises and over delivers. When I return to Star Nissan for the air conditioner repairs, I will ask for Dennell. More

Not the best experience at Star Nissan Needed to get a dependable car to replace an older model. Went to Star on the recommendation of a friend who previously bought a new vehicle there. Ha Needed to get a dependable car to replace an older model. Went to Star on the recommendation of a friend who previously bought a new vehicle there. Had a limited budget to work with and a dollar amount I could afford to finance. With that said, the first vehicle they showed me was a much older Rogue which was priced too high to begin with. Wisely decided not to even test drive that one, but the salesman kept pushing cars on me that I did not want. When I got up to leave, the plan was to go to a competitor, but suddenly the salesman decided to show me a newer Rogue which was within my price range. Test drove ok, so made an offer. Was not aware at the time the vehicle was an auction car but wisely purchased the extended warranty just to be safe. In the inspection, the dealership found the brakes to be defective and they were replaced. Fast forward to this past weekend. Found that one of the tires had been plugged which I wasn’t told about and now the engine rattles loudly when the air conditioner is turned on. Really noisy and the service department said that is normal for a 4 cylinder. My previous vehicle was a 4 and it didn’t do that. What they are basically telling me is the car is a “used car”, and as such, I have to live with it. They didn’t even offer me the option of bringing it in so they could check it out. Not good customer service on the part of the service department. More
