The wait time was extreme for a “basic” service visit. Once the customer lounge was empty I went in search of my Rep for an update but I was informed he just stepped away. Apparently when he did return his coworker did not let him know a customer was looking for him because he didn’t bother to check in with me. After about another 30 minutes I went to check again and he was there. He checked some papers didn’t find mine so I gave him my sign in paperwork. He went off to search for my car. After quite some time he returned but not before he stopped to chat with two mechanics working on a different car. So he returns and says 10 minutes. His explanation for the delay? “The weather created puddles on the floor, they must stop and clean up, the water drips from the roof/ceiling.” Mr . Baires then said with a straight face “I hope you understand”. For the record, NO I did not and do not understand. More

When I went to him and asked he said he just started the approval during the interaction he allowed two other customer to cut immediately in front of me and said I had to waited, mind you I’ve already waited for now well over two hours. I told him he’s rude and unprofessional he could care less. Never ever had to wait this long to change a tire. I can honestly say I will never lease another Nissan. While I really like my car. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get basic service. Additionally, he tried charge me for service that I didn’t need to pay full price for because I had the Nitrogen binder. I did lead with kindness and curtesy. More
