I would like to thank my advisor Jerry for providing me a quick and swift resolution to my car needs! I had come in for a warranty repair on my car and was given the best possible customer service, even thou quick and swift resolution to my car needs! I had come in for a warranty repair on my car and was given the best possible customer service, even though a part needed to be purchased for my repair the next day my repair was completed and it was a repair that required a good amount of time, which was done in less than 24 hours! I would also like to thank my technician Mark for outstanding service to my vehicle! I will be going back in to have my OEM accessories installed here and highly recommend Nissan owners to have their car serviced here! More

Twice within a one month time I took my rogues to Nissan since warning lights came on while driving. I took pictures of the 3 signs. They calm they couldn’t duplicate issue so nothing was done. It’s a huge waste of my time. I need a good working car to get to and from work. I also need it to transport my loved one with a terminal condition to her needed treatments. Nissan Roque is not reliable and I’m hesitant to ever purchase another one in the future. Very disappointed. I may trade my car in for a Honda crv or Toyota. More
