No Issues I went in for oil change. In and out in 40 minutes. I was surprised. At BMW in Great Neck, the waiting time for oil change is much longer -- sometimes I went in for oil change. In and out in 40 minutes. I was surprised. At BMW in Great Neck, the waiting time for oil change is much longer -- sometimes 4 hours. It is a zoo every time. BMW's amenities are much better -- 28 types of coffee and fresh bakery goods -- but heck, I purchased an expensive 36k Rogue SL, not a 72k 540i xdrive -- as my wife owns. What can I expect! All very good. More

MESS UP AFTER MESS UP CAME FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE AND HAD TO COME BACK 3 MORE TIMES IN SAME DAY FOR NISSANS MISTAKES. WHEN THEY FIRST GOT MY CAR OUT SOMETHING SOUNDED VERY CAME FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE AND HAD TO COME BACK 3 MORE TIMES IN SAME DAY FOR NISSANS MISTAKES. WHEN THEY FIRST GOT MY CAR OUT SOMETHING SOUNDED VERY LOUD FROM UNDER THE HOOD WHICH THEY TOOK THE CAR BACK IN AND FIXED WHATEVER, AFTER LEAVING AGAIN AND DRIVING 13 MILES HOME, I OPENED MY HOOD AND SAW A FLASHLIGHT IN THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE ENGINE COVER LEFT “ON” SHINING IN MY FACE !!! CALLED NISSAN AND HAS TO BRING THE CAR BACK FOR THEM TO REMOVE IT. ALSO THE DENTED AND BENT MY FRONT PLATE AND WERE DENYING EVER DOING SO !!! HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE !!!! MECHANIC FERNANDO WAS VERY RUDE UPON SEEING ME WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK. RE-TRAIN YOUR STAFF ASAP !!!!! More
