Worst exp ever 2 weeks there and engine light still on My 2015 Nissan Pathfinders check engine light went on. Basically they changed a transmission for no reason. They called me to pick it up xx engine st My 2015 Nissan Pathfinders check engine light went on. Basically they changed a transmission for no reason. They called me to pick it up xx engine still on was advised to leave it there. They called me for $20 gas authorization 3 days later they say they found diesel in my gas and it would cost 3,800 to fix. I picked up car refused to get anything fixed there. Took it to my mechanic he couldn’t find anything accurate with their findings. I’ve been driving my car it’s running fine but I still have a xx engine light on. These people are not mechanics they are part changers they still don’t know what problem is. If Nissan can’t fix it then this is a big problem. Requested to speak to a manager at least 7 times he never called or came out to acknowledge our concerns. Made a complaint to corporate but they are no help either. Will never recommend or buy another Nissan again. More

Repeat issue still unresolved 2nd recurrence of transmission studder. 1st time they replace throttle body assembly. 16months or so later it’s back. The intake agent didn’t report 2nd recurrence of transmission studder. 1st time they replace throttle body assembly. 16months or so later it’s back. The intake agent didn’t report conditions as explained on 2nd recurrence. Electronic reprogram of transmission and one day out of work. 4 days later studder has returned. Issue is back and unresolved. Planning to bring it back as soon as possible More
No phone call! Dropped of my car at 11:10am for an oil change. Was told it would be about 1 hour. I called at 5:45pm and was told the car was ready. Being that they close at 6pm, if I hadn't called, my car probably would of sat there overnight. I must add that this is the first negative experience I've had here. I have brought my card here before and never had a problem. More

Charged for something dealer was at fault for Purchased the car in 2017 as preowned from 2013. Have done all of my service with Star as well until I went for an inspection/oil chang elsewhere. The Purchased the car in 2017 as preowned from 2013. Have done all of my service with Star as well until I went for an inspection/oil chang elsewhere. The non Nissan service center asked for my key for the wheel locks. I said I was unaware I had wheel locks and had no idea where they were. I proceeded to contact star to ask where they were in the vehicle. They told me to check a few places but they were nowhere to be found. What happened was Star Service was using their master key and never informed me that they were and that I might be missing the keys. They wound up charging me $70 for the wheel locks even though they never included them or even told me I was missing them. My salesperson never called me back and the service center just said that it was over a year so there was nothing they could do. Service said they’d “save me” on labor but I still had to pay $70 which was no fault of my own. This is at least my families 4th Nissan we’ve purchased from Star so I’m pretty disappointed at the way they handled this situation. More
