To this may concern..I’m hoping to have a long relationship with Nissan…record shows that I’ve had a nine year relationship with Honda dealership until their service department starting hiring young, untrained employees with no concept of the meaning “Customer Service “which allowed me to contemplate change (Star Nissan)..so, hear we are…hopefully customers are valued in the back end (service) like they are treated in the front end “Sales”!
