Excellent experience. I was referred to Star Subaru from a friend and I was so impressed from the start that I purchased my new Outback from them even though I live over an hour and a half away. The sales person, Alex Chan was wonderful and he made me feel relaxed about the entire process. And the business manager Mike Decosimo was so helpful and made the financing part clear and relatable. The process was very professional and quick. Ryann was great to work with and took the time to explain and answer all our questions.
