I will tell anyone reading that my experience with Star Subaru was superb. In my time there I worked with Mario (sales) Mike (business manager) and Kevin (insurance). These guys must be magicians. Mario wa Subaru was superb. In my time there I worked with Mario (sales) Mike (business manager) and Kevin (insurance). These guys must be magicians. Mario was extremely personable and very knowledgeable about the inventory and even what the repair costs would be if there was to be a problem in the future (not that there would be, given that Subaru is an excellent motor vehicle company). Kevin worked on developing an accurate quote to give me an amazing price. Not to mention compassionate quite knowledgable in his trade. Mike I do not know where to begin. He bent over backwards in order to get me a deal far superior to any other dealership I have conversed with (this included getting in contact with the GM on multiple occasions in order to get me a price on the car that fit my financial status). I cannot imagine that any dealership can match the customer satisfaction level that I witnessed when coming to Star Subaru. These guys all deserve a raise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone that is looking to finance or lease a car. 11/10 experience, these gentlemen truly go above and beyond. More

I've bought all my Subaru's here for a reason I've bought three cars here and plan for the rest of my life, not only buy Subaru, but specifically deal with Star Subaru. The car buying experience is stressful enough, but what I've found with Star Subaru, especially with Mario this time, a feeling of being extremely comfortable and honest. Instead of trying to bargain with them on a deal, almost felt as if they were doing ANYTHING they could to meet what I wanted. Because specifically of both Mario and Mike, I will never go anywhere else. I've gotten my last three cars here, wrx, 2018 sti, and now the 2020 sti. With each car with EVERY experience, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I will be coming back in a couple of months for my girlfriend needing a lease! I highly recommend Mario as your contact at Star Subaru, as for me, he's sold me not only on the car but now Star Subaru as a whole. Thanks again to Star Subaru, and I love my car.
