I initiated the sales process via the internet and email. Once we agreed on the price and the car would be available in two days I decided to come in and purchase the car for cash price. The price for auto was calculated and given to me over the phone by Sonja. When I arrived with cashiers check I was met by Sonja and I met Kristal who handled the paperwork. As t some point Kristal calculates the amount and tells me it doesn’t include some fees. I disagreed with her and told her this was the out the door price given to me by Sonja, eventually I was told I had the correct price. Kristal then tells me the car is not going to be available in two days that it would take five days. I was disappointed but ok. I paid for car in full with cashiers check and When we leave I expected the car to be ready in five days however i continue to follow up with Kristal and I am told the car will not be ready. I finally am told 10 days later the car is ready for pick up. When I arrive I meet Kristal who asked me if I have the check to pay for the car. I am shocked as I already gave her the check on day one so I inform her of such. Then the inventory coordinator mike tells me the car may not be ready and I may not get the car today, he finally determines the car can be released but Kristal didn’t follow proper procedures He also determines that Sonja and Kristal over charged me with the final out the door price and I would be getting a refund. I am shocked at the incompetence of both Sonja and Kristal not double checking these numbers. Kudos to Mike for catching this. Lastly, I am handed all the paperwork to fill out by Kristal. One piece of paper was a rating report for her job in selling me the car. I was asked to fill it out in front of her which I felt uncomfortable doing. I wanted to rate her lower than I did but I wanted to get the heck out of the dealership and didn’t want to hurt her feelings. This rating form should be submitted by the customer in privacy in a drop box or similar. I walked in buying the car, if I had to expect Kristal to sell me the car I don’t think I would have bought it. The whole interaction was a little bizarre I felt like this was the first car she was selling. At the end of the day mike the inventory guy was good, and when I called there was a geek gentleman who was sales who helped me a great deal christoa ?? He is aces too. I was not pleased otherwise. Different to other dealers they are not pushing on costumers but are always willing to clarify the concerns and give a bun costumer feel comfortable. Phil Musmacker Is one idiotic salesman. He treated my family like we wasn’t customers when we bought three cars from this dealership. I don’t know how he is still allowed to sell cars.
