Awful Customer Service and Professionalism I have had two very unprofessional experiences with Michael Decosimo from the Finance Department. I will never buy another car from Subaru and will t I have had two very unprofessional experiences with Michael Decosimo from the Finance Department. I will never buy another car from Subaru and will tell all of my friends and colleagues to avoid this dealership as they do not value their customers. Mr. Decosimo does not accept any ownership for his lack of follow up or tone in speaking to customers and blames the reception staff for not passing messages. Knowing there is someone within the structure who is so immature resulting in his hanging up on the customer multiple times and refusing to connect you to a manager when requested is a clear indication he is in the wrong line of business.
