Bad experience Bring the car in for air bag recall service. They damaged my car dash recording camera. Unusable now. The worker lies, saying he just took the wire of Bring the car in for air bag recall service. They damaged my car dash recording camera. Unusable now. The worker lies, saying he just took the wire off the cigarette lighter, but in fact the wire connector to the camera was bended and the camera case was lightly cracked open. The video file shows it was recording fine right into the shop, After lengthy discussion with the service manager, he decided to give me 3 complementary oil changes to compensate the damage. More

Loose caliper with missing screw I had my service done at the dealer for brakes back in February. Come March my car started moving on it’s own on small inclines when in park and keys I had my service done at the dealer for brakes back in February. Come March my car started moving on it’s own on small inclines when in park and keys taken away and turned off. Little did I know, come April I saw the caliper was out of position where it usually is. I checked it out and turns out the caliper was flapping back and forth scratching the wheel and the caliper itself. It was missing a screw. I don’t know if they forgot to put it back on or if it was tighten enough and it came loose under driving. Brought it in to dealer to fix and they just put on the screw. I don’t know if they checked everything to make sure everything was okay or not. No compensation nothing or sorry or anything. Left with the missing screw intact, scratched wheel and caliper. More
