Had extensive repair. My Subaru Outback is 9 years old and I received a recall notice. I asked if I needed work as my ride was very bumpy. Since I don’t know about cars I put my trust in the dealership service and I, though I was treated very well, picked up and dropped off timely which I appreciate very much, I only hope the repair was done to the specifications necessary and that it will enable me to have my car for many years to come. Service Employee Mistreated my Vehicle I watched as a subaru employee took my vehicle and revved the engine & floored it down the street as they were taking it in to get worked on.
