Very pleased with choice of dealership and with vehicle I did some research before going to Star Subaru and came to the dealership knowing exactly what model I wanted: Outback 3.6R Touring. Star Subaru met the price I requested and I felt that I did not have to shop around to other dealerships. Our salesman Jimmy Zeng was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We knew when we ordered the car that there would be a wait for delivery and we were okay with that. Jimmy was very good about keeping us informed about when the car would be ready. When we picked up our car, he took as much time as we needed to explain all of the features of the car. More
