Alex Chan is the real deal -- the salesman's salesman! His personal qualities alone...Patience ! (he never tired showing & offering for us to test drive several models)...Product Knowledge (he could point His personal qualities alone...Patience ! (he never tired showing & offering for us to test drive several models)...Product Knowledge (he could point out differences, minor & major, between year models, and makes, and how they could impact your future driving experience, whether you're a laid back recently retired person, or some hotshot wannabe race car driver...Respectful! (you would not detect a condescending attitude from him, nor pick-up any sort of attitude, even if you're repeatedly stressing your own point of view which may not totally be applicable...perhaps thank him for having an out-of-NYC childhood years!...No cynicism, No sarcasm, No pigheadedness...no xx...plain transparent candidness! I'm a senior (67yrs) driver (of over 40yrs -still capable of stick shift driving in unruly 3rd world streets), and in my adapted NY world somehow always end up getting automatic cars from Star Dealerships thru the years...Rav4 Sport previously, & my current Toyota 4Runner from Star, and now also a Wilderness Forester with Star. Hurray for folks like Alex who highlight the good in the product, and in the deal! More

This is my third Forrester with source, Subaru, and my second one with Mario. Since I keep going back, it’s pretty clear that I get outstanding service from the dealership. I purchased my Subaru Forester from your Bayside dealership in 2020. They were extremely helpful, including offering me a free oil change for the life of my car. The Service Department has been se dealership in 2020. They were extremely helpful, including offering me a free oil change for the life of my car. The Service Department has been servicing my car since then. The staff there are also great. So far the only expense I've had in when I have to get the yearly inspection. Other than that, all the services have been free. More
