Personable, empathetic, funny, understanding, & intelligent. Sam was able to accommodate all of my family’s needs & more. Being able to find the right vehicle to fit my family of 4 & 2 huskies has been tough until we went to Star Subaru of Bayside. Sam was able to accurately identify the best sizing, spacing, & most importantly; pricing possible for me & my family. Instantly I felt a connection with the Forester Wilderness & the staff of Subaru. I loved the look, the spacing, & the offer. I also saw how Sam & everyone else part of the staff freely interacted with each other making the environment very welcoming & fun for my family & other customers as well. Definitely an enjoyable environment to do business in as everyone was high spirits & also has a sense of humor. But after lots of truths & laughter, we were both able to close a deal & walk away happy from a closing. Go to Subaru, email them, etc, & just ask to work with Sam. More
