Incorrect on MULTIPLE levels. This person did not respond to several attempts from us. We called, text, and emailed, all with no replies. So yes, your appointment was cancelled due to lack of simple normal decency. Website is confusing? We literally tell you everything you could possible want to know. We have an ELEVEN PAGE FAQ section. You are correct that you cannot talk to anyone, we do not waste time answering questions already handled by the website, it is entirely self service. It really sounds like you need to learn how to use websites more, or perhaps actually respond to texts and emails. To anyone reading, WE HAVE STATED MULTIPLE TIMES, we are not the dealership for everyone. We are looking for intelligent buyers, who read their messages and answer their emails. If that doesn't like you, then PLEASE stay away, and shop elsewhere. Also kindly leave the 1 star reviews if you actually bought a car from us, not just wasted your own time and ours for your own lack of understanding and competence. Here are the details of the appointment: 10/8/22 8:13AM Appointment made 10/8/22 1:17PM Appointment cancelled due to lack of replies to 2 separate text messages. We sent a 3rd message saying the appt has been cancelled (1 hour 3 minutes BEFORE the appointment) to which he responded 1 word, "why". We sent a follow up saying to read our prior messages and this guy never replied there after. So....PLEASE be a normal human, READ your messages, respond on time. AND IF **YOU** FAIL to do so, live with the repercussions instead of complaining online like a child. Sorry if this response seems harsh to those still reading, but its very frustrating dealing with people like this all the time, and its getting worse by the day.
