This person could not comprehend why he needed to pre-select his cars prior to his appointment. When we explained how our process worked, he first called us lazy, then proceeded to throw profanities. We will gladly accept this 1 star review, so that we can tell other folks. IF YOU think it is EVER appropriate to use profanity when discussing business, you will be banned from not only our dealership, but every dealer we network with. Be courteous, READ the information provided, and please be a normal human being. Low quality examples of humanity will not be tolerated, sorry. Very disgusting indeed.

The language in the review above pretty much explains it all, as no reasonable person can understand what the review is even saying. That being said, clearly this person has an issue with basic comprehension of operating principles. "I went in with...." is the beginning of the review, and the very error itself. We dont finance, it says it all over the website, DOZENS of times, that you need to find your own financing and have it secured before you ever make an APPOINTMENT to come see us. Just showing up (as our ads tell you not to do), youll get the same treatment as your dentist, youll be turned away because we are by appointment only. If you cannot understand this simple concept, and then think its warranted to leave a bad review showcasing your own ineptitude, well...what more can we say. Good luck?

You must be the only one that does not understand what I'm saying so I will tell you again. I was disappointed because they wouldn't let me buy a car cash I didnt want to finance he said that "we only finance and that I can't just come in there and buy a car cash" so now do you understand? I usually Finance but there was one time where I paid $10,000 cash for a car and the dealer had no problem with that so whenever I somebody I know that wants to buy a car cash I'll know to tell them not to come to your dealership.

You really must have us confused with another dealership., or you have issues with comprehension Go read our website. WE DO NOT DO ANY FINANCING. ALL OF DEALS ARE CASH/CERT CHECK/Bring your OWN financing. If you understood otherwise, then we must reiterate that you have issues with comprehension. Go read our FAQ page, and our financing page which tells you all of this. We most likely turned you away because as you stated yourself, you likely showed up without an appointment. Do that, and cash, check, gold bullion, financing, none of it will matter as we do not take walk ins. Also tells you that...fun fact, we counted, as of today it says it 477 times on our website in various places, including the very first picture of EVERY car, TWICE... BY APPT ONLY NO WALK INS. If you cant read the first image of every car we post yet magically you read well enough to post negative reviews, really dont know what more to say. This will be our final reply on this, you have wasted enough of our time, now for a 3rd time.

We are unique in the fact that we have no less than 2 sections on our website that tell you known issues with certain cars. This customer bought a car that has a KNOWN defect. Its all over the internet, our website, the description. They acknowledged they "knew all about it". Bought the car anyway. Signed TWO pieces of paper stating they know the car is as is with all faults. More over, the part that's most likely defective (a transmission control module, from Ford), is UNDER WARRANTY FROM FORD. Most likely this is the problem, and we said look its got nothing to do with us, take it to Ford. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund, ESPECIALLY not when you have been told about the car's issues, bought it anyway, AND confirmed basically 4 times that you know its a bad car but you're choosing to buy it anyway. That's called an adult decision that we have no remorse for. Yes it broke "20 minutes later". That's 19.99 more minutes that we told you it might last. IT WAS AS IS AND WITH A KNOWN ISSUE. Not sure how many different ways to say it. Basically, some people roll the dice because they want the newest car they can afford, even though our recommendation is to buy an older, more well known reliable car. But they bought this kind of car anyway and now its our fault? People don't realize that these 1 star reviews actually help us. Anyone reading this, if we tell you the car has a bad reputation, and you buy it anyway, BEST OF LUCK TO YOU, YES, 100%, you are on your own if it breaks. That's not unprofessional, in our opinion, we have done the best we can. You just didn't listen, you have to live with the consequences.
