The dealership does good work. But the phone system and responsiveness is lacking. Extremely frustrating and difficult to reach Laura. Minimal feed back. You literally have to leave multiple messages and limited call back. Texting reply is limited. Hire more staff if she is too busy. Absolutely without empathy. Cold and cold. Absolutely no compassion about a customer’s concern. A lot of customers depend on their trucks for a living. Dropping your truck and getting a tiny rental is of no use. Please just get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. I have been to this dealership four times and my experience is the same. My rep at Garber is better. More
