Overall my experience has been good. On this last visit I had told the scheduler that I needed a diagnostic in addition to the oil change and 150K mile maintenance. That was disappointing and means I’ll have to schedule for the diagnostic separately. Laura want particularly helpful in this regard…she didn’t seem to care much about it. More

I thought Laura was great! I had a tire rotation and oil change and the drive to Starling from Vero Beach is about 1 hour. unfortunately when I got home I noticed that my tir I had a tire rotation and oil change and the drive to Starling from Vero Beach is about 1 hour. unfortunately when I got home I noticed that my tire was making a noise like there was not enough air in it. I looked at the screen and each tire had a different air weight in it. 37, 38, 35 and 39. That was a bit frustrating. They should have been checked to be the same air amount. That is my only complaint but a big one since it is difficult for me to go to air place to get correct tire amounts in the tire without being charged or waiting. More
