I bought a used GMC van and the transmission went out. I had several shops quote me 6 -7k for a new or rebuilt transmission telling me that the warranty was only three years or 36,000 miles. I called Sta I had several shops quote me 6 -7k for a new or rebuilt transmission telling me that the warranty was only three years or 36,000 miles. I called Starling GMC and spoke to Daniel and he told me that the actual warranty was much longer and that if it was the transmission that should be covered under warranty. In short, they repaired the van at no charge and gave me a loaner for the week that I was without my van. You don’t see customer service like this anymore! I would highly recommend Starling GMC . If they would do this for someone who’s not even their client. I can only assume they take care of their clients in the same manner. Stephen Payne Tequesta, Florida More
