Typically we go to the location in OBT. It was the first time at the Stuart location and we were blown away by Luis and the service team! The efficiency surpassed any service I had encountered on Orlando. We timed the oil filter and it was done in record time 38 minutes! ?? then Luis went above and beyond explaining the tires specials and how I had points in my GM reward account and without hesitation we agreed to an additional service for a new set of tires for the vehicle. We were very appreciative that they offer us a shuttle to the flea market while they completed the extra work. Luis explained the time expectation and I have to say he and the team delivered! Thank you for such efficiency. We Will certainly visit again for our next oil change without a doubt! Luis you ROCK! More
