There’s no words to say bad about Luis. I brought. 2025 GMC Serria 2500 and every service has been the best. This gentleman is on top of his game. This is my 4th deal with this dealership in 22 years. 4 vehicles, an Avalanche, SantaFe, GMCcsierra, and now Rivian 2022 Launch edition green! So excited and so pleased with everyone in their organization. My Salesman Javier Ramirez was outstanding in landing me on my dream vehicle within 15 minutes of meeting him. The general manager Craig was super helpful and accommodating to make this deal happen. Best Car GM I have met to date and I used to sell cars back in 1989 for Aouth motors in Miami where I ran the owners personal yacht and have the opportunity to work at one of his 5 dealerships. A lot has changed in 36 years but the good principles of customer service never goes out of style and at Starling they are at the top of the heap! Kudos also to my finance officer Cesar for the smoothest quickest delivery with 100 percent satisfaction on the new fangled tap to sign documents to the great presentation on options available in what we used to call the hot seat. 1000 times better thany last experience with a lady who remains anonymous to protect our lives from her possible wrath 🤣so lido to The Who family at Starling and looking at getting my wife in a new car there someday in the near future.!
