2nd truck I’ve purchased from Starling, but first one from their dealership in St. Cloud. The folks there understand that a vehicle is purchased once a relationship and trust are established. Lexi got me started online and once I was ready to test drive a truck I was directed to Youssef Dahalli. Youssef was kind, courteous, professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. He was not overbearing, and I didn’t get the stereotypical “Car Salesman” vibe at all. He let me test drive a few options, gave me upfront costs and gave me time to review them before making my decision. The offer on my trade-in was fair as well. Mike Suliemon was wonderful and the Financing process probably took 3x longer than it had to because we had some great conversations. I ultimately landed on a truck from their South Carolina dealership and while we were finalizing the paperwork they already sent someone out to go get it. It was delivered to my work location 2 days later, perfectly detailed. I love my new Silverado, even more than my old one.
