Ali, along with Eddie Schwob, Dmytro Solovianchyk, and Timothy Krebs helped guide and inform me about the custom order process over the following weeks. When the vehicle arrived in March 2026, Ali kept me updated on the pre-delivery inspection and paperwork process. He did a thorough job of showing me the vehicle operation procedures and features.
