Horrible experience. I test drove an Equinox that was listed on their website for $5000 less than they were selling it in person. They took my car keys to get information I test drove an Equinox that was listed on their website for $5000 less than they were selling it in person. They took my car keys to get information for a trade in and wouldn’t give them back. I asked for my keys multiple times before finally following the sales guy. He went to get my keys and came back with another guy (maybe manager) and that guy asked me what they could do. I replied give me my keys back and the sales guy pulls them out of his pocket. That is a shady sales maneuver to pull on a female. Never going back. They need to update their customer service and sales tactics. More

I’ve been calling the finance person to get copies of the papers i signed , and not getting any return calls . i purchased a extended warranty I got no paperwork for that. I’m very disappointed with this part of the deal. i would like to get copies of what i signed for my records. More
