Ms Rodriguez, We are so sorry you left feeling this way. Our GM is a woman and we at Starling strive to be transparent and courteous to all. Please call and ask for the GM as we would like to learn more. We do understand that at times when trading a car and trying to upgrade as well as move up 3 years newer it is not possible to arrive at the payment a customer desires. We have noted that your current payment is where you wanted to stay while purchasing a 3 year newer car with no monies down and financing much more than you did on your current vehicle. Unfortunately we were not able make that happen and did offer the lowest payment possible. We want to make every deal, but there are times when we just can't make it happen, not for any reason other than the numbers just don't work. We are curious to learn more about the comment you make about women at our store. As it goes for car dealerships we are one of a very few in central Florida that is managed by a woman and would be very interested in speaking to you to gather more info on what happened.
