They are all still laughing. Went to another Starling to trade in. The said I still owed $8000 more than book value.. Screwed for life. Car broke down and I paid dearly. Even with full maintenance warranty. More

Manger threaten me over the phone physically Worst customer service there is I purchased a 2018 Camaro 2 ss for 45k did not give me a second key for a brand new push start Camaro they said they w Worst customer service there is I purchased a 2018 Camaro 2 ss for 45k did not give me a second key for a brand new push start Camaro they said they would ship me the key that next week. Well called them every week and finally after 5 months later they told me we lost the key and if I wanted one then I had to pay $500 for a new key because they said they lost it. Manger then threaten me after telling them I will not be given a key to brand new car because it was not in writing during the purchase and proceeded to scream and curse me out on the phone even though new cars come with 2 keys but it was my problem the customer because they lost it. They gave me such a bad experience that I did not even enjoy the car after having such a hassle and being cursed at from the manager and threating me over the phone physically so after owning the car for 8 months sold it and bought an 2019 F150 Supercrew 5.0 4X4 which by the way came with a second key. I would never buy a Chevy because of this dealership on how they treat their customers but if you do go to a different dealership. More

My particular problems involve my size, 6'5" 370 pounds, and handicapped in that I experience hip problems and limited movement. HE spend about 4 1/2 hours with me as I narrowed down my choices and ultimately purchased a used 2019 Silverado LD. I didn't experience any "buyer's remorse" after the purchase and I was even more pleased with the Silverado after driving home after a tedious visit at the dealer (Starling Chevy). This was my 2nd visit to Starling, the first was about 3 years earlier when I test-drove a pickup truck but didn't purchase at that time. I strongly recommend if you visit Starling to ask for Matt Schaeffer. More

Sleazy Dealership I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They lowball you terribly with the trade in value of your car by several thousands of dollars and pus I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They lowball you terribly with the trade in value of your car by several thousands of dollars and push you into their service agreement which is a scam. The company they use has a history of not paying claims and their policy is overpriced compared to the plans you can buy directly from the dealership of the model of car you have. They waste your time and don't care how long it takes to do anything. While I was waiting for them to complete paperwork I was watching the employees goofing off, watching inappropriate videos in public and just sitting around. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! More

Service department might want to change their name. Went to the service department to get an electrical problem checked out. They called on the 2nd day to say it was one of the batteries. Service guy said ok, have it ready for pickup in an hour. I didn't get there until the next day during my lunch from work, to find out that they never fixed the truck. So to make a long story short I had to wait about an hour to get it done. Loosing money because I should have been AT WORK. So the service department should be called the NO service department. At least give me a coupon for an oil change or something for wasting my time.....nothing Wont be back, I will drive an extra 20 minutes to another chevy dealer where I know I get treated right. More
