I wanted to share some praise for ERNESTO SOSA on a very commendable job during the entire sales process. Ernesto went above and beyond to take care of me, keeping me up to date and ensuring all of my quest commendable job during the entire sales process. Anyone at the dealership I interacted with were all genuinely friendly, polite and professional. I observed everyone always greeting everyone and ensuring their needs were addressed.. The reason I did not give the dealership FIVE STARS: The vehicle delivery kept getting delayed. I purchased a new 2023 Corvette 3LT and the condition of the vehicle was extremely disappointing. The detailing of the vehicle was only about 40% complete. Here is a PARTIAL list: 1. The vehicle had the check engine light on. The code showed the front ambient temperature sensor was causing the issue. 2. The vehicle remote start would not work. 3. The car came from the factory with the front ambient temperature sensor not plugged in. 4. The car came from the factory with the 14" long front trunk switch/cable release laying INSIDE the trunk and not installed. 5. The brake cooling ducting was in a bag from the factory laying inside the front truck. Never installed at the factory. 6. Plastic remained behind the seats. 7. Dirt and mud around the rear trunk. 8. The windshield was never cleaned. 9. The rear window was never cleaned. 10. Black grease spots on the driver seat. 11. THE DETAILERS WHO PREPPED THE VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY: The dealer installed liquid paint protector/sealer was applied to the vehicle with the vehicle still wet AND/OR the sealer had not dried before taking it out into the rain. This sealed the water under the liquid. 12. THE DETAILERS WHO PREPPED THE VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY: The liquid paint sealer was also dripped on the windshield. 13. THE DETAILERS WHO PREPPED THE VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY: Dirt under the rear spoiler is trapped under the applied sealer. 14. I am now frantically searching for a shop to provide paint protection on the entire vehicle. 15. I had to return to the dealership the next day to have the check engine light corrected and the items installed that the factory did not perform. The POSITIVES: 1. I was offered to return the vehicle to the dealership for the paint correction but respectfully declined due to the vehicle preparation experience.The dealer stated they will provide 50% financial reimbursement towards the paint correction procedure. 2. The service department took me first in in line the next morning to correct the factory deficiencies. They were GREAT! I believe the dealership was embarrassed to deliver a $100,000 vehicle in the condition that was presented. I would happily recommend ERNESTO SOSA and STARLING CHEVROLET to anyone, but would suggest having the preparation performed by someone other than the dealership. Great people, open, honest, friendly and very professional. Customer satisfaction was a genuine goal. These are very rare traits to come across these days. More

My second experience with Starling’s Service Department was much better than my first. Still not impressed with how long it takes for them to acknowledge you when you walk in. There’s several desks most of the time though only two reps there and you don’t really know who to go to. But once I got a rep to acknowledge me they took very good care of me. Got my car checked in and the oil change and tire rotation only took an hour. Got a nice courtesy wash, I found out you have to ask for this, they are supposed to offer it but I didn’t get one on my first visit. I asked if they give one and my rep said “oh yes, we are supposed to offer it if you want it”. Don’t believe it. You need to ask. Still over all a good experience. Very nice waiting area and was texted when car was ready. More

I went in with a brand new C8 Corvette to change a tire. They did not have the tire and promised it be in the morning and they would call me. I told them I needed it before 12:00 the next morning. I had to call 5 times to simply get an update on the status of my tire. The first two times they put me on hold for over 40 minutes and never came back. Finally a young advisor called me and kept up with me on communications. It took three days to get my car back. Last, they left the inside of the car dirty. Will never recommend them again More

Dear Starling Chevrolet, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the repair services being provided for my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. On March 21st, my vehicle experienced a sudden electr complaint regarding the repair services being provided for my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. On March 21st, my vehicle experienced a sudden electrical failure that caused it to stop working. I brought the vehicle to your dealership for immediate repair, and was informed that Mr. Jadiel Rodriguez Acevedo would be handling my case. Since then, I have been in contact with Mr. Rodriguez Acevedo and Service Manager Noel several times for updates on the repair status. Despite my continuous efforts, I have not yet received clear information or an estimated delivery date for my vehicle, which is an essential work vehicle for my business. Even worse, whenever I call for updates, Mr. Rodriguez or Mr. Noel refuse to take the phone, leaving the only people willing to help being Mr. Paul and the receptionists who have to go directly to the workshop to find out what has happened. I understand that repair issues can be complex, but I expected clearer and more efficient communication from your dealership. The lack of information and an estimated delivery date for my vehicle has caused a significant disruption to my business activities, resulting in a huge financial loss for me. Therefore, I request immediate action be taken to expedite the repair process and provide me with an estimated delivery date as soon as possible. Furthermore, I expect measures to be implemented to improve communication between the service staff and customers to avoid similar problems in the future, which is really and painfully fatal. I would also like to add that I have been given two previous delivery dates that have not been met, and I have not even been informed when they finally decide not to deliver the vehicle, instead, I have had to call to verify the delivery, and have been informed that it is still not ready. Of course, this has increased my frustration and caused further disruptions to my business. The unreliability of these delivery dates has cost me time and money, which is unacceptable given the importance of my work vehicle. I also want to emphasize that I need a vehicle with the same features as my current one while the dealership takes the time to deliver it. Additionally, I would like to request that the replacement vehicle be delivered no later than Monday 04/17/2023 to minimize further disruptions to my business operations. Bought a used Camaro here. Everyone was nice, went smoothly, paid cash. Was told it would take a few days to get it inspected and turned around. Was told by the salesman Tito (Robertito) that they had to put in new headlights because the previous owner had red lenses and it was illegal. Picked the car up and it was facing the way I had to leave, so I didn’t notice until I got home that they ripped out the LED lights that go along the top of the bumper, leaving an open space where the lights were. I had to buy the part online to fill in the space. That was the cheap part. I did buy this car “as is”, but was told it goes through a 104 point inspection. Less than a week after buying the car (probably the second time I drove it because I work from home) and it started stuttering as if I were driving over rumble strips. At first I thought it was the road because it was not happening while shifting between gears, just cruising along. Didn’t think anything of it. It then happen two more times on the same trip. My wife looked at me like WTH was that? We tried to convince ourselves that it was the road because that’s what it felt like. Next time I drove it, it happened two more times, and the second time, it was bucking and stuttering so it was definitely not the road. After speaking to a mechanic, he said it sounds like the torque converter is jacked up. This is going to cost me between $1,200 and $2,000 to get this fixed and I need tiki cross my fingers and hope the transmission isn’t messed up. I contacted Tito, who basically told me that it passed their inspection and it was “as is”. Their inspection is complete garbage is they missed this issue. Your windshield wipers may work correctly but the expensive things are a tossup. If you’re gonna buy a used car here (which I would NEVER do again), BRING A MECHANIC with you!!! This was an expensive mistake. I knew I was buying as is, but to only get less than a weeks worth of driving (second time driving it) before it took a crap on me, is ridiculous. And, please know that Starling Chevrolet will not lift one finger for you to make it right. (Expensive) Lesson learned. More
