First time having Kelly as a service writer and I’m very pleased. Was taken in right at my appointment time and 30 minutes later my truck was back to me. I forgot the locking lug key so they were gonna do a pleased. Was taken in right at my appointment time and 30 minutes later my truck was back to me. I visited Starling to address a factory recall. Starling misdiagnosed a coolant leak and didn't perform the requested scope (front grill replacement). I took the truck to Marchant Chevrolet because Starling misdiagnosed a coolant leak and didn't perform the requested scope (front grill replacement). I took the truck to Marchant Chevrolet because they replaced the coolant control valve in late 2024. They pressure tested the system and were unable to identify the leak. I wasted time and money based on a misdiagnosed issue. More
