Finance manager physically intimidated me After purchasing a $30,000 truck from this dealership, I signed up for the extended warranty. After two days I decided that the $2200 extra wasn't som After purchasing a $30,000 truck from this dealership, I signed up for the extended warranty. After two days I decided that the $2200 extra wasn't something that I was comfortable with. I went in to cancel the extended warranty and was assured there was no problems. I was to get a confirmation call the next day from Bernard, their finance manager. After ducking my calls for two weeks I finally decided to visit the dealership. He was in the managers office and I asked what I had to do to remove this warranty. He immediately strolled over and got within 2 inches of my face and try to intimidate me. I stepped back in shock as he screamed at me. I still do not know if my warranty will be on my loan or not, as I left in fear from what was a scary confrontation. The worst part was that the manager simply smiled during the whole encounter. Like this was entertainment. I was in shock that anyone would treat a customer this way. I am going in tomorrow and asking to see the video tape to show the general manager. Please avoid this dealership at all costs if this is what management allows to happen right in front of them. This is a true experience as crazy as it sounds. More
