Calm, polite, and determined... gets you the sale. First, Rob looks like a pit bull but he's more like a mellow, friendly, bulldog. He doesn't throw around all that "I'M SO ENERGIZED AND LOUD AND GOT JOKES AND I'M READY TO DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN A CAR" crap. Rob is pleasant and stuck to finding the perfect car for almost a year. I wasn't in a hurry and wanted something not easy to find. I wanted a used Toyota with with low miles and four wheel drive. Rob called or text me each time something popped on the lot, for almost a year but nothing was hitting the mark. Most importantly, he never tried to talk me into anything else which I really appreciated and made me not afraid to take his call. He eventually text me the very morning an awesome FJ Cruiser came in. I bought it that day. He even stayed almost an hour passed closing to work the deal and give me conversation while I moved all my crap into my new car. 6th purchased car, best experience yet. More

It was not easy since I wanted the "Unicorn," a Colorado Crew Ca Rob Worked hard to get me the truck I wanted with all the features I was looking for. It was not easy since I wanted the "Unicorn," a Colorado Crew Cab with the long Box. He located it and worked with me through negotiations on price. I had him running back and forth on this for a while but he stuck with me. When I picked up the truck he went over all the features and let me know about the Chevy App and Android Auto so I could get the most out of my new purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob, and Mount Pleasant Chevy, to everyone I know. More

Norman came through!! In spite of upper management of Chevrolet deciding to MARKET to the hilt the new Chevy Equinox 2018, yet not providing any supply to their dealership In spite of upper management of Chevrolet deciding to MARKET to the hilt the new Chevy Equinox 2018, yet not providing any supply to their dealerships of not only the actual CARS but not even so much as the 2018 brochures on the vehicle, Norman Sasnett managed to find one in the exact color I wanted and with all the Premier features that I wanted...and in time for the lease on the Traverse to roll over to this new car...he saved the day with one day to spare! He aims to please his customers, and for that we are grateful! This is the second car we have purchased from him, and we also love the fact that the dealership is so very close to our home. More

A very positive outcome We had several key requirements for selecting a new vehicle: price threshold, vehicle comfort for special needs, good styling, a few desired feature a We had several key requirements for selecting a new vehicle: price threshold, vehicle comfort for special needs, good styling, a few desired feature add-ons and it had to fit in our small garage. After looking at brands we had owned in the past & visiting several other dealerships, we found the Chevy Equinox LT best met our needs. There were two requirements for selecting a dealership to work with: location close to home and responsive sales organization. Mt. Pleasant Chevrolet met both of those hands down. The salesman, Daniel Starrett, was responsive, courteous, timely in his communications and followed through on everything he promised. He “listened” and focused on our requirements. He went out of his way to test fit the Equinox to our garage. More
