Good communication, got my truck in promptly for repairs, sourced parts, and completed repairs in a timely manner. No problems with repairs made. Only complaint is that Starling replaced a leaking water pu sourced parts, and completed repairs in a timely manner. No problems with repairs made. Only complaint is that Starling replaced a leaking water pump gasket and reinstalled my water pump that has over 70,000 miles on it. I wish I would’ve been given the opportunity to have a new water pump installed given the labor that was charged to removed the pump to replace the gasket. I would’ve gladly paid for the new pump if given the opportunity. More
