Although the experience started out positive, the dealer messed up on the title transfer paperwork they send to NC DMV causing me HOURS of phone calls to the DMV and four visits to the NC License Plate agen messed up on the title transfer paperwork they send to NC DMV causing me HOURS of phone calls to the DMV and four visits to the NC License Plate agency, only to find out the dealer had created three different versions of the Title Transfer documentation as they attempted to cover their mistake. I don't trust the dealership. More
I am thrilled about my new truck! When I arrived at the dealership to order my vehicle I found the staff to be friendly, courteous, but not pushy. Several staff members offered me refreshments and the sales area was very clean and well-organized. Any questions I had were promptly answered and I never felt like I was a burden. The vehicle arrived quicker than I anticipated and even included some last minute changes I wasn't sure would work out. My sales rep, Justin, was very patient and understanding. Finance was able to offer a lower interest rate than the bank I originally intended to work with so that was awesome. I had a great experience with Starling and look forward to doing business with them again in the future! More

My only concern is that there were up to 6 different people involved in the sale of the car and that was difficult to keep track of who you were talking to, their position at the dealership, and what in people involved in the sale of the car and that was difficult to keep track of who you were talking to, their position at the dealership, and what information was sent to who and how many times. It was a complete noncontact sales so I think they do not see this all that often and that is the reason for some of the confusion. More
