I recently bought a used car from this Ford dealership in Titusville, Florida. I started at their Honda dealership where Shannon took me online to view the used cars at all their dealerships, then sent me to Titusville, Florida. I started at their Honda dealership where Shannon took me online to view the used cars at all their dealerships, then sent me to the Ford dealership because they had a few of the model I was looking for. The car I was most interested in was at their sister dealership in Orlando and my salesman, Virgilio, personally picked it up and brought it to Titusville for me to check out. They let me take the car to a shop for inspection and drive it as much as I wanted to try it out. The entire process was pressure free and every person I dealt with was professional (special thank you to Robert) and seemed dedicated to helping me make my purchase rather than pushing to sell me a car. Raphael (or Rafael) in finance worked hard to get me the best financing and warranty package and I ended up leaving feeling like . The overall air at this dealership was stress free and everyone there was friendly. I highly recommend this dealership if you are shopping for a new or used car! More

Well as Mike predicted the Tire Sensor Failure has now hit tire number 3. But hoping the last one waits till October. But you guys do a great job in caring for my car. The online description said it had Navigation and a tow package but it didn’t so the kbb would be a few thousand dollars over stated. Also my paperwork said wellsfargo was the finance company but a few wks package but it didn’t so the kbb would be a few thousand dollars over stated. Also my paperwork said wellsfargo was the finance company but a few wks later I got a letter from TD auto finance so I called seven time and left three voicemails with no reply. I had to drive there to find out why it switched companies and I also inquired about the broken antenna and the brakes hissing like air brakes and was told by the sales woman that she would check with the garage and get back with me but never did. If it wasn’t for me wanting a lower payment vehicle and the dealer being close to me I would have never got it. I strongly urge anyone thinking about going to this dealer to avoid it. More
