Their service department left an enormous oil and grease area in the Expedition. It looked like they changed the oil and then smeared it under the driver's feet--it was that bad. It was absolutely incredible that they somehow thought this egregious mess was acceptable. I'm not a picky person. When the mechanic was asked about this mess by the Service Dept., even he admitted "it was pretty bad." That's THEIR mechanic's version. After their cleaning on it twice and our wasting 30 minutes waiting for something to be cleaned that never should have been ruined, we took it home to try to finish the cleaning there. I had to reclean the area and clean every item in the driver's area because there was visible grease residue on everything service touched when they worked on it and then drove it around. Since new, we had kept our vehicle immaculate, yet in just one visit, Starling managed to permanently ruin years of meticulous care. They managed to ruin the floor mat AND the carpet under and around it. Unbelievable lack of training, oversight and courtesy. I should have used Mr. Magoo's xxxxxxx Garage even though Mr. Magoo is blind. You may have to take your Ford vehicle 50 miles further, but you will receive much better treatment. More
