Sales process began positively. Follow through was deplorable thanks to the salesman Randell. I took a couple of weeks to get a copy of my signed paperwork to cancel my trade on w Follow through was deplorable thanks to the salesman Randell. I took a couple of weeks to get a copy of my signed paperwork to cancel my trade on warranty. Another person had to get involved and paperwork was emailed. Still open in the sales process was a yellow paint pen for scratches. Text messages: 6-11 Pen has been ordered 6-17 Pen is in and will be mailed tomorrow 7-2 I will send it out today and provide a tracking number On 7-10 I followed up with another salesperson and they would be ordering the pen. 7-20 Called the dealership and Randall answered. He was sorry and I requested to speak to his manager. Manager mailbox was too full to leave a message. Asked to speak to the General Manager and 8:30 ET, no call back since 11:15 am. More
