Lady call me and verified my part was there for my appt dropped off my truck and was told when I picked it up the service wasn't done cause they didn't have my part but they did call me to tell me I needed dropped off my truck and was told when I picked it up the service wasn't done cause they didn't have my part but they did call me to tell me I needed other things so I did it the guy eric up front shouldn't be talking to people and I dont know how someone can be xxxx and ignorant when every question I asked he couldn't answer basic questions that people ask and all he kept saying is i dont know the whole time worst experience I've encountered at a dealership and I will not be goin back to starling in Titusville the whole experience was absurd and never should of happened as a matter of fact I believe I'll just boycott the whole company all together I also had a brake noise they didn't check claims they couldn't find anything even though u could hear it as I pulled in also afew other things that weren't done properly either and I will spread the word to others to stay away from starling chevrolet.
