I hate buying vehicles but Starling changed that! Phil was amazing! He was patient and kept me informed of everything. I didn’t feel like just another sale. They listened and gave me a great deal! I have been pruchasing vehciles at diffrent dealers for several years, and I must say that this has been the most pleasent experiance ever. It was an enjoyable experiance for myself and my wife. We came several years, and I must say that this has been the most pleasent experiance ever. It was an enjoyable experiance for myself and my wife. We came and not once did we feel rushed, or pressured to buy or to loose out. "Dominick Cataldi" our sales associate, did a fatastic job and should be commended. He showed us the original vehicle that we had come in to look for and explained everthing in detail. I enjoyed the vehicle but had some concerns about the ride and some other items. After test ride and he showed us another vehicle that that he belived would quelch my concerns. Myself and the wife could not be happier with our purchase, of the new vehicle (2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali) that Dominick recommended. I have been employed at GM dealerships, so I can tell when someone takes great pride in what they do. Emily is definitely one of those gifted people. She saved me the hassle of driving to Orlando to service my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV. I stopped in to make an appointment, and she managed to fit me in that same day while I waited.
