We got matched with Brooke at Starr Motors through a third party who was helping us find the best dealer for us to work with. We were looking to build new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and Brooke was able to third party who was helping us find the best dealer for us to work with. We were looking to build new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and Brooke was able to provide us with the best deal out of dozens of dealers contacted. She communicated with us throughout the process, from order to delivery, and made sure we understood everything along the way. When the Jeep was finally delivered to the dealer, she made sure everything was in place for the day we drove down from Maryland to pick up the car. It took us about an hour to complete everything, and a lot of that time was spent in friendly conversation with her and others at the dealership. Everyone at Starr was just wonderful, and treated our kids like their own when we were off signing paperwork. I would absolutely recommend Starr Motors for anyone looking to buy a new car, and we'll definitely come back when we're ready to get another one! My only regret is that we don't live close enough to use them reguarly for service and support! More

Due to the EXCELLENT service we have gotten over the years from the Service Department we wanted to get our next Jeep from Starr Motors. We had talked about ordering one from Jeep but then saw that the dealership had the subject vehicle on it’s way to Starr. Talking with Chris decided to go ahead and buy it.
