He has a great sense of humor and kept things light and relaxed, which helped the entire process feel calm and casual rather than stressful. There was no pressure, no games, and no wasted time—just clear answers and honest communication. Jeremy handled the paperwork and financing at the end, and he was equally personable and easy to work with. The process was smooth, efficient, and exactly as promised, with everything explained clearly and no last-minute surprises. The dealership as a whole was professional, well-organized, and respectful of our time. What is usually a stressful experience felt transparent and straightforward. Very recently I purchased a vehicle from State Line Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Ziad. Full disclosure, this was the second time I had personally worked with him on finding a car, first Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Ziad. Full disclosure, this was the second time I had personally worked with him on finding a car, first one for my mom, most recently for my daughter. There is a reason I reached out to Ziad personally and the team at State Line. I found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and to genuinely care that I found the right vehicle each time. The entire staff at this location is great, but I specifically want to single out Ziad for his professionalism. Unlike other salespeople, he takes the time to listen, find out what exactly you’re looking for then supply you several options, rather then just be “pushy”. Anyways, thanks again Ziad, both vehicles are great and I will return when my wife needs a new car. Five stars and highly recommend. More
