Saw it, Drove it, Bought it. Positive experience from start to finish. First contact was with Internet Specialist Tracy MacAuslan. Given excellent directions and was able to reschedule my appointment because of traffic on 24/6. Greeted by Sales Specialist Walix Dexaus when I arrived. Very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. I was shown and test drove the specific vehicle that I had come a long way to see. After tough but fair negotiation with Joe the Sales Manager aided by Walix Dexaus, we reached an agreement that included my trade-in. Looking forward to taking possession of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee after the dealership runs the necessary paperwork to New Hampshire and back. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in Greater Boston and the surrounding area. More

the worst expeiance leasing I have ever had it took over 3 hours to finalize the signing of the vehicle, the payments I was quoted was not what I was told at signing by plus $60.00 month until I it took over 3 hours to finalize the signing of the vehicle, the payments I was quoted was not what I was told at signing by plus $60.00 month until I said no deal then had to settle on $4.00 a month more due to the sales manger failing to calculate the taxes difference from MA and RI. The vehicle was not properly detailed, dirty windows, and uncleaned exterior. When I requested they take the wheel lock from my trade in my new lease I was told they would have to charge me to do that. When I got home I discovered they registered my temporary tags to my trade in and not my new leased vehicle, said they emailed the corrected tag to me but it was to the wrong email address after I corrected that during the transaction. The communications between the salesman the sales manager and the finance manger was in disarray. I have lased and purchased many vehicles in my time but have never regretted having dealt with dealerships until this one. Very disappointed do not recommend anyone going there and will not go there for service. More
