First Class Service This was my first visit to Stateline. Everything went well. Awesome I went to Somerset Jeep to trade in my car and see what was available. Upon arriving I met Ben and he asked what I was looking for. I gave him a descr I went to Somerset Jeep to trade in my car and see what was available. Upon arriving I met Ben and he asked what I was looking for. I gave him a description of the type of vehicle I was looking for and he immediately showed me a few cars. I took one for a test drive and return to the dealership when Ben came to me he stated he had something I would like better and surprised me with a vehicle that I just fell in love with! Ben was super awesome and a very good listener! I also got to meet Sherman in the finance dept. Sherman was fantastic making me feel less nervous about the paperwork and continued to make me laugh throughout the whole thing! I can’t say enough about Ben and Sherman both were just super awesome!!!! More

First oil change/cleaning The day we purchased the vehicle, we waited an EXTRA two hours until it was prepped and we were told it was going to be all ready after we bought it.. The day we purchased the vehicle, we waited an EXTRA two hours until it was prepped and we were told it was going to be all ready after we bought it...nope. Went to get our “complimentary” first oil change and was told it would take 1 hour....TWO hours later I finally told them that I had to go. The service member was beyond rude to me. More
