Dealers like this are why people call them "stealerships". Will they sell you a car? Absolutely. Will they work to make it a great experience that you'll recommend to family and friends? No. N "stealerships". Will they sell you a car? Absolutely. Will they work to make it a great experience that you'll recommend to family and friends? No. No negotiations on used vehicles even though their site says "unlock todays price". On top of that they charge you $900 for Zurich Shield. This should be a red flag on its own. Its a paint protection that Google will tell you is a gimmicky add on that needs to be applied a very specific way. Problem is dealers just have their detailer throw it on there so they can add the upcharge. Mine was so poorly done Ill have to pay for a paint correction service in the spring. Going over my paperwork a few weeks after I find these thieves added a $5,000 service contract I NEVER ASKED FOR, AND WAS NEVER EXPLAINED. They are refunding it with no apologies or explanation, basically had I not caught it Id be out an additional 5k. Do NOT GO HERE or any of the 24 Auto Group stealerships for that matter! More

When I picked up my car I was introduced to the Service department. I got a full tutorial on the car. And I received a followup call from Damian the next day to make sure I was happy.
