Made appointment for service on May 9th for several services. These services were listed and confirmed. Upon arrival, I was told a couple of the services that were confirmed were not actually able to b services. These services were listed and confirmed. This means I now have to make arrangements to come back, during time, I have to work, to get the remainder of the services done costing me at least 1/2 days pay if not more. If you're going to offer limited services on specific days, it should be listed on your service site. This left a very bad taste in my mouth about your service department. And a simple oil change, tire rotation and state inspection took 1.75 hours from when my appointment was scheduled, and I arrived 15 minutes early. Not sure it this counts as Customer service. More
I recently purchased a 2020 F-150 Platinum from your dealership. It is a beautiful truck; however, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding its condition. Even when buying a used vehicle, one expects it to be delivered in good standing, or at the very least, to be informed of any defects so they can be factored into the buying decision. In my case, several issues were completely omitted. The windshield is cracked—something I didn't notice initially, and it seems the dealership chose to stay silent about it rather than pointing it out. Furthermore, the rear rotors need resurfacing and the rear brake pads require immediate replacement. I was told the vehicle underwent an extensive multi-point inspection, yet these mechanical issues were either missed or intentionally ignored. While the service was fast and the offer on my trade-in was fair, the decision to hide these defects and the subsequent refusal to address them once reported has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I might recommend this dealer, but only with a strong warning: buyers must be extremely cautious because it feels like things are being hidden on purpose. More
