Very Accomodating I used the 2012 Ford Focus in the morning. I sensed no problem. I went out to my car later in the afternoon to run an errand. The result was nothing happened. It made no noise at all. I checked turned the radio on and it worked. I turned the headlights on they worked. I opened my moonroof it. worked. So it was not the battery. I tried to start it again, same result. Nothing. I contacted Allstate for towing assistance and asked to have the car towed to Steet Ford on Commercial Drive. They towed it to your dealership with my car key. I called about 3 pm. and was told it was done. I was told it was transmission module which was covered under my extended warranty which I purchase with the car. Thank You for the very quick service. More
