Sales person was courteous and knowledgeable with all aspects the CX-5. He and the sales manager examined the car to be traded in carefully and, more importantly, offered a fair price for it. During negotiations the sales person never rejected offers out of hand but calmly pushed toward compromise. Sales manager, when consulted, showed similar attitude and did best to facilitate final agreement. Equally impressive, the finance officer avoided pressing for the immediate purchase of additional warranties and products, pointing out instead how those items could purchased later. Finally, the salesman introduced the service manager and arranged for the first oil change and tire rotation. All in all, the purchase of the CX-5 at Steet Mazda went smoothly and about as quickly as could be expected. Left the dealership with positive feelings about all of whom I dealt. Will definitely recommend the dealership to family and friends. More
