Now that I live in North Utica, it's even more convenient. I have always found the sales people to be knowledgeable and friendly. The same goes for the service people. Just one thing This lease vehicle was picked up in September and I told there was a new battery in the car, as it had to be jumped when I test drove it. I got it jumped the first time, but this time I had it towed in. It was inconvenient but necessary, as the battery needed to be replaced. not a good look for Steet. More
