By the time we arrived at Stephan's Toyota we knew the model we wanted, the mileage, and what we could afford out the door. There were several other dealers closer to our home, but what ultimately led us to Stephan's were the larger inventory, competitive prices, and several customer reviews that stated, "Stephan's got me into a car I loved and the car I could afford." It is absolutely true. This dealership did not try and push us toward a more expensive model. They found something in our price range with low mileage that even had a little more luxury than we were used to. We communicated first with Gabriella on line. She put together a list of about eleven cars that fit our description. When we ultimately arrived at the dealership Andy helped us out and reviewed the list. He found the absolute best fit for us. He showed us the car and we came back the next day for a test drive with Mike. We had previously test driven a similar vehicle at another dealership. At that dealership, the person helping us did not take the time to explain the workings of the car before we left the lot and began driving. Mike, at Stephan's Toyota, spent several minutes explaining the controls. He said, "I want you to know where these things are because you will be adjusting them while your drive. It's important you get the feel of the car." It's that time and attention that made the difference to me and my spouse. If you are in the market for a car, new or used, consider Stephan's Auto Mall. They have a large inventory, their prices are absolutely competitive, and they take the time with their customers. I will echo again what other reviewers have said about Stephan's Auto.
