Took my 2015 caddy for a recall service on 12/6/21. Started with speaking with Michelle, a lovely lady. John was my service advisor, explained everything to me, showed me the lounge which is very comfo Started with speaking with Michelle, a lovely lady. John was my service advisor, explained everything to me, showed me the lounge which is very comfortable, I chose to wait the 2 hours it would take. I’m old and don’t use those new fangled coffee makers so Michelle to the rescue. I was updated on the progress of my car. When it was done, I walked out and really stopped in my tracks. They had washed it inside and out and it looked like a new car. The two men standing by it, assuming they were responsible for it, laughed when they saw my expression. We had a nice chat and I was off, best experience I’ve had at a service department and the car runs beautifully. Thank you. BArbara Kelly More

No bad experiences here at all, unlike Crowley in Forestville, who took my money and gave me the WORST experience in car service in my entire 58 years. Stephens is a cut above the rest. I recently bought a Galaxy S8plus phone and didnt understand why the wireless feature on the car was not working so I called Davon and he was able to call me back in a timely manner and explain to me what the issue was. That is what I call service, looking forward to my next purchase soon. More
