"16 years of fantastic,professional & friendly service"

I've had dozens of excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service work over a 16 year period. ALWAYS treated like a valued customer, ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness. In return, I have also treated them exactly the same. No bad experiences here at all, unlike Crowley in Forestville, who took my money and gave me the WORST experience in car service in my entire 58 years. Stephens is a cut above the rest. Organized, professional and articulate. Biggest mistake I made was not buying my new car at Stephens. I've never had one single bad experience.

"Extrodianary service "

I bought my XT5 Cadillac about 2 months ago and my service person was Davon. A very knowledgeable and respectful young man. I recently bought a Galaxy S8plus phone and didnt understand why the wireless feature on the car was not working so I called Davon and he was able to call me back in a timely manner and explain to me what the issue was. That is what I call service, looking forward to my next purchase soon.

Pretty well documented sale tactics concerns and service department seems friendly until anything more than a oil change is needed. I can't honestly recommend this dealer.

2010 Acadia broke down on highway and my wife called for advice on what to do. She was told that they are too busy and her problem would have to wait and that all GM dealers would say the same thing I then called gallager Buick/gmc and they took care of everything I needed even though I didn't purchase the car from them. Poor attitude from the service dept of Stephens automall.once they sell a car they don't want to know you!!!
