I bought my XT5 Cadillac about 2 months ago and my service person was Davon. A very knowledgeable and respectful young man. I recently bought a Galaxy S8plus phone and didnt understand why the wireless feature on the car was not working so I called Davon and he was able to call me back in a timely manner and explain to me what the issue was.
That is what I call service, looking forward to my next purchase soon.

2010 Acadia broke down on highway and my wife called for advice on what to do. She was told that they are too busy and her problem would have to wait and that all GM dealers would say the same thing I then called gallager Buick/gmc and they took care of everything I needed even though I didn't purchase the car from them. Poor attitude from the service dept of Stephens automall.once they sell a car they don't want to know you!!!
